  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely responses.
  • Track trends and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design/marketing teams for creatives, videos, and campaigns.
  • Maintain brand voice, consistency, and professionalism across platforms.
  • Prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and performance.
  • Handle community building and influencer collaborations when needed.
  • Ensure ethical, accurate, and professional communication on behalf of the brand.
